Queens Park Medical Centre is a fully accredited General Practice that has been in operation since 2008. We are General Practitioner owned and operated. Most importantly, this ensures that a continuing patient-doctor relationship of trust is maintained. Also, supporting the doctors is a friendly and caring team of nurses and administration staff.
Furthermore, our commitment is to promote the health and well-being of our patients. Importantly, we do this by delivering timely, effective treatment and a holistic approach to care. Above all, our practice, the patient’s needs, values and desired health outcomes remain central to the treatment process.
From the time of making an appointment, to leaving our premises, each and every patient is treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. Moreover, our purpose-built premises is easily accessible from Albany Highway and Welshpool Road. In addition, there is ample parking in our own car park. We are also within walking distance to Queens Park Pharmacy.
With a collective experience of over 20 years in general practice, our team of doctors is equipped with broad knowledge and skills to meet the diverse needs of all patients.

Principal Doctor Timothy Ong has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Western Australia.
He achieved the fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2000. Before this, he obtained a Certificate of Sports Medicine in 1998 (providing medical coverage at East Perth and East Fremantle Football Clubs) and a Diploma of Musculoskeletal Medicine in 1999.

This is Dr John Hanrahan who obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Western Australia. Subsequently, he has worked in a variety of roles in WA hospitals and achieved the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018.
He enjoys all aspects of family medicine, especially chronic disease management and child health. He is available for minor procedures.

Sessions: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and alternate Saturdays.
Meet Dr Sashini. She completed a Bachelor of Science at UWA, postgraduate medical degree in Victoria and internship with Eastern Health in East Melbourne.
As a Resident Medical Officer she worked in a variety of areas including Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, General Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Mental Health. Furthermore, she has special interest in Women’s Health and Paediatrics.
Sessions: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and alternate Saturdays.
Doctor Daniel Kim was born in Western Australia and graduated from UWA in 2011. He is interested in providing the best care available, with special interest in family medicine, general medicine, cardiology/respiratory and kidney disease.
On the other hand, he enjoys watching terrible movies and visiting far away places.
Sessions: Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays.
Introducing Dr Matthew Wong, born and bred here in Perth. He attended Christ Church Grammar School and then UWA to complete his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2015. After that, he worked in Midland Hospital and Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service in Queensland.
In his spare time, Dr Wong has a variety of hobbies that keep him busy, including music, sports, swimming and running. Similarly, he plays the piano and is currently learning the guitar. Furthermore, he also enjoys playing badminton, cricket and soccer.
In conclusion, Dr Wong is available for consultation on all aspects of general practice medicine.

Dr Amrick Banwaith completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2013. He is currently working toward a fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has special interests in areas of child health and mental health.
Palak completed her Bachelor of Nursing from Edith Cowan University in 2019. She holds a Diploma of Health Science and believes in delivering delivering high quality care for her patients.
Apart from working in different hospitals, Palak wants to explore more in life and her career. Consequently, by meeting and working with different people. In addition, she is passionate about patient care and loves to chat. Finally, her special interests include watching movies, painting and cooking.
Elaine assists the GPs with all general practice duties, for instance, immunisations, wound care, Chronic Disease and Lifestyle Management.

Patience and leadership are virtues every manager should have. As a result, I have developed this trait with my experience in medical administration, IT & teaching background.
I am a mother of twins and during my free time enjoy interior décor photography and gardening. On the other hand, I am passionate about food, it’s tradition and cooking. Finally I love collecting vintage brass and other collectives.
My background is in accounting. But believe that each patient that comes and sees us is more than a number.
I enjoy the opportunity we get to serve each one and to get to know them. In my leisure time, I love to read and spend time with family and friends.
I have 3 girls and enjoy watching TV & relaxing. One of my enjoyments is listening to people’s stories. Importantly, I believe each individual has a unique journey that makes them who they are.
Firstly, I work part time at Queens Park Medical Centre. Secondly I enjoy gardening, soap making, camping with my family and live music.
