From the time of making an appointment, to consulting with the doctor, to leaving our premises, each and every patient is treated with courtesy, dignity and respect.
Our purpose-built premises is easily accessible from Albany Highway and Welshpool Road and there is ample parking in our own car park. We are also within walking distance to Queens Park Pharmacy.
Fee Increase from 1st July 2025
From 1st July 2025, there will be an increase to our practice fees and treatment room fees.
Please note that OSHC holders seeing Dr Tim Ong will be expected to pay the full gap payment.
Saturday Private Billing
We are no longer bulk billing on Saturdays. Patients with a valid concession card or OSHC holders will be expected to pay a minimum of $40 out of pocket gap fee on Saturdays.
